AK9-E | Functional Group Accepted, But Errors Were Noted

AK9 reports the functional group response. Code “E” means the group is accepted, but errors were noted. In practice, this often pairs with transaction set acknowledgments (AK5/IK5) that may show “accepted with errors” or rejections for specific ST/SE transactions inside the group.
