IK5-E | Accepted With Errors

In a 999 acknowledgment, IK5 reports the transaction set response. Code “E” is used when the receiver allows the transaction to proceed but flags errors. The 999 will usually include detail segments (IK3/IK4) pointing to the exact segment/element that failed an implementation rule.
